Chief Executive Officer of MetroNet Bangladesh Limited and Managing Director of AyAl Corp, has been associated with the ICT industry for the last 26 years. He joined Concord Engineers & Constructions Limited as a Systems Analyst after graduating from Jadavpur University, India in Electrical Engineering in 1989. After finishing his MS from New York University, he joined Radio Shack as 'Tandy Certified Computer Sales Specialist.

Syed Almas Kabir is actively involved with many social and professional bodies. Before being elected as Senior Vice President of BASIS, he was its Vice President and also the Treasurer. He is the elected Vice President of ISP Association of Bangladesh.
